What you get

Every new entry

All new companies of the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB), the morning they are published: name, legal form, seat, canton, purpose, capital, UID and the full official text.

Ready for the letter

Postal address with c/o line and P.O. box in separate columns, and the people in charge with their role (owner, managing director, board) where the entry lists them in the usual form; otherwise the full official text names them.

Website and contact where published

We look for the company's own website and take e-mail, phone and contact page from it, only when the site proves it belongs to the company (UID, full name or name and address).

Your format

CSV for Excel, a secret CSV link that Excel or Google Sheets refresh by themselves, a morning mail, a JSON API with a change list, and signed webhooks for your CRM, Zapier or Make.

Your region

Filter by canton, postcode prefix, legal form, “with website”, “with e-mail”, or a word in name or purpose. Save your filter once; the CSV link and the morning mail use it.

Most new companies have no website on the day they are registered. We search at publication and again after 14 and 42 days, and send company.enriched when we find one. Measured on our own data:

New entries of the last months whose search at that age has happened. We never guess: a site counts only when it proves it belongs to the company. E-mail addresses suit individual contact; mass advertising by e-mail needs consent under Swiss law (UWG Art. 3 para. 1 lit. o).

Questions

Where do the data come from?

From the open interface of the Swiss official gazettes portal (SHAB, rubric “new entries”), read every hour. Each record links the signed official PDF. Website and contact details come from the company's own website.

When are the new entries there?

The register publishes on working days, at night. We read it every hour; the day's entries are searched and ready by 7:00 Swiss time. The morning mail goes out as soon as they are.

May I send advertising e-mails to the addresses?

Not as mass mailings without consent: Swiss law (UWG Art. 3 para. 1 lit. o) and the EU's rules require prior consent for advertising by e-mail. The e-mail field suits individual, personal contact. Advertising calls are not allowed to numbers with an asterisk in the telephone directory or without a directory entry, unless you already do business with them (lit. u). When you contact someone, say where you got their data and respect their objection. Details are in the terms.

Can I use the data for my clients or in my own product?

Agency allows work for clients (campaigns, lettershop). Platform allows showing the records to the users of your own product. No plan allows reselling the raw data.

How do I cancel?

In the dashboard under “Billing → Manage subscription”, at any time to the end of the paid period.

A company or person does not want to be listed.

Write to us. We remove a company's website, e-mail and phone, or a person's name, for good, and tell customers who sync with our change list or webhooks to delete them (company.suppressed, company.redacted). See the privacy policy.
